With over 60 years of experience in the industry, rigorous quality control, and, most importantly, valuable customer feedback, we have set our goals higher than ever. All Ignyte Helmets meet the highest international safety and quality standards while providing the comfort you expect from a premium product.

Ignyte Helmets come with a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring that the helmet is free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser (when bought from our website or an authorized Ignyte dealer) and is non-transferable.


Note: Due to global differences in certification and safety requirements, Ignyte Helmets does not cover trans-border purchases and can only be warranted in the country of purchase and its intended country of use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, or any damage caused by consumer actions such as dropping the helmet. Neglect, misuse, and modifications will void the warranty.

 

To File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Take your helmet and the original receipt of purchase to the dealer where you bought the helmet. The dealer will ask for additional information regarding the issue, your name, and contact details before accepting the helmet.
  2. If you purchased the helmet online through the Ignyte store, send an email to info@ignytehelmet.com with a brief description of the issue, pictures, proof of purchase, and your contact information. We will respond within 5 business days with further instructions.
